These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers using the Free Web Launch service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By signing up to or using our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Free Web Launch provides simple website builds for small businesses with no upfront website build cost, offered in return for a monthly hosting and management fee.
Under the standard Free Web Launch plan (£14.99 + VAT per month), we provide:
A basic business website built using a fixed structure
Website hosting
Basic website management to keep the site live and functional
The service is designed to help small businesses get a simple website live quickly.
Under the standard Free Web Launch plan:
Free Web Launch retains full ownership of:
The website
The website structure and code
The design and layout
The domain name (where applicable)
While your subscription is active, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the website for your business.
This licence ends if the subscription is cancelled or payment stops.
Where a domain is provided as part of the service:
The domain remains the property of Free Web Launch
The domain is licensed to you for use while your subscription is active
Domain transfer or ownership is only possible under a separate buyout agreement (see Section 9).
The standard Free Web Launch plan costs £14.99 + VAT per month.
This fee covers:
Website hosting
Basic website management
The monthly fee does not include:
SEO services
Marketing services
Lead generation
Copywriting beyond the initial setup
Ongoing design changes or new sections
Content creation
Advanced functionality
Any additional work must be agreed separately.
If payment fails or the subscription is cancelled:
The website may be suspended or taken offline
Free Web Launch is under no obligation to keep the site live without payment
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Once cancelled:
Your licence to use the website ends
The website will be taken down
You are responsible for ensuring that:
Any content you provide (text, images, logos) is accurate
You have the legal right to use any content supplied
Your website content complies with applicable laws
Free Web Launch is not liable for copyright or legal issues arising from client-supplied content.
Free Web Launch provides a website platform only.
We do not guarantee:
Search engine rankings
Website traffic
Leads or enquiries
Sales or business performance
SEO and marketing services are not included unless agreed separately in writing.
Clients may request to purchase full ownership of their website.
Buyout pricing is assessed case by case
Pricing depends on website size, complexity, and work involved
Buyout terms are discussed privately and confirmed in writing
Ownership transfers only once full payment has been received
Free Web Launch is not obligated to offer a buyout.
The service is intended for standard small business websites.
If usage is excessive or unreasonable (for example storage, bandwidth, or support requests), Free Web Launch reserves the right to:
Limit the service
Adjust the plan
Apply additional charges
Or terminate the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:
The website is used for unlawful purposes
These Terms & Conditions are breached
There is abusive, threatening, or unreasonable behaviour
Where a client is on a plan other than the standard £14.99 + VAT Free Web Launch plan, separate terms may apply.
Any additional or amended terms will be provided in writing and will take precedence over these Terms & Conditions.

The platform
These Terms & Conditions
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free Web Launch shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of business
Indirect or consequential losses
